Help / sugestions for cosplay?

Could you please help me?!

On the 17th there's a Manga Convention near to where I live, and I've decided to make a cosplay. Plus, I only have a week, So I'll have to do it, since if I ordered it, it wouldn't arrive in time.

I don't have time for looking for a wig either, So I need to cosplay a character who has long, striaght blond hair. Without fringe.

So?? Any ideas? I've thought about Soubi Agatsuma, but know that spring has arrived, it's neally impossible to find a purple coat...

THERE'S ANOTHER PROBLEM!!! I want to cosplay a male character and... *ehem..* any tips for hiding breats? ^^; I mean, not like mine are THAT difficult to hide xD
